- Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus.
- Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, maintenance, and complex repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
- May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Position may provide general work direction, within the scope of their license, to assigned team members.
