What you'll do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment including pumps, motors, boilers, air conditioning systems, appliances, and related components.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems, switches, outlets, lighting, televisions, internet devices, and other operational equipment.
- Perform plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing fixtures, and basic copper and PVC pipe repairs.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish-work repairs as needed.
- Maintain and repair landscaping irrigation systems and exterior property components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer III to join our hotel engineering team. This position is responsible for the advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, mechanical systems, and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across multiple trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general building maintenance, while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a safe work environment.
