Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail – Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving home appliances and electronic products. Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to achieve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with store operations for timely servicing of products. Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance records. Improve equipment uptime through continuous process improvements. Required Skills Consumer electronics maintenance with retail experience. Electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques. Preventive maintenance planning and execution. Team leadership and technician supervision. Knowledge of home appliances and home improvement products. Preferred Skills ERP or maintenance management software exposure. Inventory and spare parts management. Experience in international retail operations. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or home improvement retail stores. Experience in organizations such as Jumbo, Eros, DG Sharaf, Croma, Vijay Sales, ACE Hardware, or IKEA is mandatory.
