  • Utilize the SAP purchasing process to systematically order and receive parts, ensuring they are physically received into the plant.
  • Conduct daily audits and cycle counts, achieving a minimum of 250 items each week, and generate weekly and/or monthly parts inventory reports.
  • Issue purchase orders for Maintenance and Operational supplies/parts and place orders for required parts.
  • Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding delivery options, alternative parts selections, obtaining quotes, and other related matters; collaborate effectively with internal plant personnel.
  • Assist with maintenance duties and perform other job-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available at the facility and counted accurately. Maintain accurate and real-time min/max part levels.

As the Maintenance Parts Clerk you will be responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts/equipment for the facilities maintenance department.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

Education and Additional Qualifications
