About this role
Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Develop SAP preventive maintenance plan and Task list as per equipment strategy, RCM study
- Modification/Enhancement of existing maintenance plan and Task list
- Gap analysis study of SAP preventive maintenance with equipment maintenance strategies
- Manage day to day maintenance planning activities
- Preparation of Crash plan, SMP, SOP, Checklist
- Preparation of detailed excel based work packs with proper execution steps, materials, special tools, isolation plan and other considerations for executing the work
Work Experience
- Proven expertise as an Electrical or Instrumentation engineer
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or related process industries
- Strong knowledge in preventive, predictive, corrective and condition based maintenance of field Instrumentation as well as control systems (Pneumatic/hydraulic/motorized Control valves, ON-OFF valves, Pressure/level/flow/temperature measurements, Machine condition monitoring systems, Process analysers, DCS, PLC and SIS systems)
- Experience in configuration and calibration of different types of control valves and transmitters
- Knowledge of loop checking and interlock checking
- Strong knowledge in preventive, predictive, corrective and condition-based maintenance of electrical equipment (Generator, Power Cables, Transformer, Bus Duct, Switchgear, Motor, Lighting, UPS, VFD, Electrical panels)
- Knowledge in electrical equipment tests (Commissioning/Periodic/Condition monitoring/Emergency tests)
- Should be able to interpret and review technical drawings and documents like P&IDs, Loop diagrams, Wiring diagrams, Layout drawings, Data sheets, O&M manuals
- Experience in Turn around/Shutdown maintenance planning is an added advantage
- Knowledge of international engineering codes and safety standards
- Knowledge of Hazardous zone/area classification, Ingress protection, Temperature classification
- Knowledge of JSA process and HAZOP studies
- Hands-on experience using CMMS software/tool
- Exposure in SAP – Plant Maintenance
- Working knowledge in Meridium, Navis freedom (Auto Desk) software’s is an added advantage
- Strong Knowledge in MS-word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
