- Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
Nice to have
- Understanding of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming
- Experience of multi-contractor management
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements

Join Amazon’s growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Jandakot, WA Fulfilment Centre (FC).
Our RME team is central to Amazon's commitment to innovation. As Amazon evolves and adapts, this team makes sure that the tools and technologies we use do as well. As a Maintenance Supervisor you'll help us stay one step ahead, adopting the latest technologies and identifying new and efficient ways of working. In this role, you’ll pay close attention to our processes to help maintain our high standards, and you’ll put in place upgrades to take that standard even higher.
The Maintenance Supervisor is the shift lead for a team of up to 5 Technicians (fitters and electricians). During each shift, you'll lead the team in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll maintain a strong focus on safety by monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
