Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Council Bluffs facility, you will lead the second shift maintenance team to ensure production lines, associated equipment, and facility systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will schedule work and team resources to support production demands, maintain preventive maintenance programs, and help achieve plant safety, reliability, quality, and operational goals. You will also support mechanical integrity and equipment reliability initiatives that enhance employee safety, environmental stewardship, plant availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness.

Physical Requirements

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
