ABOUT THE ROLE
- Take the lead on painting and touch-up work, keeping our apartments fresh, clean, and inviting.
- Respond to guest and colleague requests, handling painting-related and minor technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repainting or repair before they become a problem.
- Oversee external contractors when needed, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
- Complete planned maintenance and renovation projects to enhance the overall quality and appearance of our apartments.
ABOUT YOU
- You possess a talent for repairing things and a dedication to maintaining the smooth operation of buildings.
- You possess a broad range of technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems.
- You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
- You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- A "can-do" attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!
- Proficiency in basic English is required.
- Technical training and experience as a caretaker a plus!
