- Electrical Mastery: Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including motors, switchboards, automated controls, and circuit breakers.
- PLC Troubleshooting: Utilize PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures.
- Preventive Excellence: Follow strict maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and assist engineers in identifying long-term process improvements.

Work Schedule: 12-hour Rotating DuPont Schedule (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)
Starting Pay: Highly competitive rates + $2.00/hour shift differential

Experience: 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/repair.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical disciplines, or equivalent.
AutoCAD proficiency.
