Corporater is expanding our customer delivery capabilities and establishing a dedicated Managed Services team in Bangalore. This new function will strengthen our global customer success operations by providing ongoing configuration and functional support to customers after go-live, ensuring continuous value realisation from the Corporater Business Management Platform (BMP).

We are now looking for 6 Managed Services Consultants to join this exciting new team.

About the roles

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will work closely with our global customers to maintain and continuously improve their Corporater BMP solutions after implementation.
Your work will combine analytical problem solving, functional configuration, and customer interaction — helping organizations achieve better governance, performance, risk, and compliance outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver configuration and functional support for Corporater BMP solutions after go-live.

• Execute small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvements as requested by customers.

• Work closely with customer application teams, project consultants, and technical support to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in customer onboarding, change management, and documentation of requests (via Jira or other tools).

• Ensure service delivery within agreed SLA and GDPR-compliant processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned customers, focusing on fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3–8 years’ experience in functional consulting, application support, or managed services roles for enterprise software (GRC, ERP, CRM, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.

• Experience with configuration, administration, or testing of enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with Jira, ticketing systems, or change management processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Strong customer focus and willingness to work across time zones when needed.

• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Performance Management domains is an advantage.
