• Working alongside our clients, supporting delivery of consulting engagements to address their biggest challenges.
• Driving lasting and distinctive outcomes/value in fields such as:
  • Value case and value management
  • Operating model design and transformation

• Solving sophisticated/ambiguous business, change and technology problems, bringing analysis and structure to projects

• Acting, and taking decisions with little management oversight
• Building, developing and sustaining trusted client relationships
• Driving/Supporting business development and sales.
• Supporting offering development within the Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources Practice & playing a role in driving the growth agenda for clients
• Leading/Supporting the creation of thought leadership assets to help drive improved market presence in external forums
• Prioritising diversity & inclusion across teams

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following areas:

• 3-6+ Years experience in the energy industry, either through direct industry roles or within a consulting capacity
• Understanding and passion about Energy/CNR industry trends and business models
• Understanding of the Energy/CNR value chain (e.g. Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, Mining)
• Familiarity with recognized consulting frameworks and techniques - for example research, quantitative/qualitative analysis, structured problem solving, design thinking, executive communication, project management
• Track record of building and sustaining relationships with clients
• An appreciation of how technology can contribute to solving clients’ business problems
• Experience operating as the bridge between business and technology
• Familiarity with some of the core technology platforms used in the industry
• Ability to multi-task and engage on different projects and activities concurrently in challenging and often ambiguous circumstances
• Presentation, oral and written communication skills
