What you'll do

  • Lead overall Administration & Facilities operations mainly for Sanand and extend necessary support for offices located at other locations in India, whenever required.
  • Ensure uninterrupted facility operations, utilities, employee services, and workplace support.
  • Manage integrated facility management partners and specialized service providers through defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead physical security operations including access control, CCTV, visitor management, emergency response, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, labour, fire, environmental, and security requirements.
  • Oversee housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, guest-house, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and office administration.
  • Prepare and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, validate invoices, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead facility infrastructure upgrades, renovations, workplace projects, and expansion activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement, digitization, SOP implementation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop business continuity and emergency preparedness plans and coordinate crisis response.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, HR, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Projects, IT, and external authorities to ensure seamless support to business operations.

  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facilities Management, and Security.
  • Minimum 3-4 years in a lead role while working with IPCs and having sufficient experience in an industrial environment.
  • Experience managing large integrated facilities and outsourced service providers.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Safety & EHS processes (Mandatory)

  • MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Exposure to multinational organizations preferred.
  • Stronger Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen from the Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, or Air Force) or Para-military background.
  • 3-4 years of work experience with any IPC operating in facilities domain in India will also be preferred
  • Experience in administration, logistics, engineering support, security operations, infrastructure management, or base/facility management will be an added advantage.

The Manager – Administration & Facilities will lead all administration, facilities, and security operations for the Sanand manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective site operations. The role is accountable for managing integrated facility services, security, statutory compliance, infrastructure, employee services, vendor governance, workplace experience, and business continuity while supporting manufacturing operations. He will also involve in similar activities for similar requirement for other locations in India, as per the requirement of the Organization from time-to-time.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
