What you'll do
- Edit performance ad videos, reels, event after movies, and other short-form marketing video collaterals across digital platforms.
- Understand creative briefs and translate them into engaging video edits that support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
- Adapt and optimize video content for different channels, including social media, paid ads, websites, and other digital formats.
- Use design, animation, transitions, typography, pacing, and visual treatment to create distinct video styles across brands, schools, campaigns, and formats.
- Ensure all video assets are aligned with the brief, brand guidelines, editorial direction, and platform requirements.
- Work closely with internal creative, marketing, performance, and brand teams to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage internal stakeholders, feedback cycles, and delivery timelines for short-form video collaterals.
- Stay up to date with video editing trends, social media formats, performance ad styles, platform requirements, and emerging editing tools.
- Use AI-powered video and editing tools to improve output quality, streamline workflows, automate tasks such as captioning, and reduce turnaround times.
- Follow established workflows, naming conventions, feedback processes, and approval timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all video outputs.
