What you'll do
- Contributes towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function by developing 'team/unit' business plan and cascading to reporting teams.
- Develops and participates in reviews and improvement of 'team/unit' performance MIS.
- Undertake necessary preparation for client reviews or support the functional head in preparation for client reviews.
- Is proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations / issues and promptly resolve and/or appropriately channel any escalations.
- Leads or assists in developing proposals, requisite services or solutions to increase business from existing clients in conjunction with the account manager
- Actions and implements various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement, automation etc.
- Contributes in ensuring current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market oriented and enable the function to continuously climb the value chain
- Stay abreast of relevant competitor information and share it with the corporate planning team and other teams as applicable
- Develops and coaches team members.
