Job Title: SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location - Delhi
Qualification: Graduate with MBA-HR / PG in HR or equivalent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and possess relevant SAP certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP HCM Payroll implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll as per client requirements
- Provide support during testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll and HCM modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll
- Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations or upgrades
- Strong understanding of Payroll processes, schemas, and rules
- Good knowledge of other HCM sub-modules
Certifications:
- Mandatory: SAP Certification in SAP HCM Payroll (at least one consultant must be certified)
- Preferred: SAP Certification in Performance Management System (PMS) or Talent Management
- SAP Certification in respective modules is highly desirable
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
