  • 7+ years of experience in brand insights, market research, or brand strategy
  • Proven experience leading brand tracking programs and strategic research initiatives
  • Deep expertise in brand equity measurement and brand health frameworks
  • Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to develop measurement approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to connect insights to business outcomes and strategy
  • Experience evaluating brand campaign effectiveness and communicating brand impact, ROI, and performance outcomes to business leaders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders

The Opportunity

Abbott is seeking a Brand Insights Manager to elevate how we build and measure a world-class global brand. In this role, you’ll leverage deep consumer, cultural, and market insights to shape brand strategy and connect brand performance to meaningful business outcomes. This role can be based either at our Willis Tower office in downtown Chicago, IL, or at our Abbott Park campus in Lake County, IL. Please note that this is a fully onsite position and requires employees to be on-site five days per week.

What You’ll Work On

$99,300.00 – $198,700.00
