Responsibilities- KRA
Client Relationship & Projects Management
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular interactions and proactive engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, business priorities, and strategic objectives to provide effective solutions & and manage end-to-end project execution.
- Analyse client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of requests through the identification and empanelment of best-fit experts for research and consulting projects within the assigned domain, ensuring a high level of service delivery and responsiveness, with highest quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Market & Industry Research
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and relevant news within assigned sectors.
- Read and actively research information that enhances understanding of clients' industries and evolving business needs. Further track competitor activities, market intelligence, and emerging trends.
- Anticipate potential client requirements and proactively build a pipeline of suitable experts to support future projects.
People Management & Team Development
- Train, coach, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Provide timely, constructive, and objective feedback to team members on their performance and development areas.
- Drive the overall grooming, capability building, and professional development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-oriented team environment.
Knowledge & Expert Network Development
- Continuously expand and strengthen the expert network by identifying and onboarding relevant industry professionals.
- Ensure readiness of expert pools to meet evolving client demands across sectors and geographies.
Other Skills –
- Graduate or Post graduate degree (Preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or Business.)
- Minimum 7-9 years of prior work experience in research and client servicing domain.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of 5-10 people and independently handling client’s delivery & TAT.
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities and analytical bend of mind thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
