What you'll do
- Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives within Operations.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate business requirements and support the implementation of technology-enabled improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and adoption of industry best practices.
- Support organizational change and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Monitor improvement initiatives and assess their effectiveness in delivering intended business outcomes.
