The Manager, Compensation & Equity will lead the day-to-day administration, evolution, and success of CLEAR’s broad-based compensation and equity programs. This highly essential role will partner across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and scalable programs that support CLEAR’s exciting growth both now and in the future. 


 

What you'll do:

  • On-time, error-free execution of annual and off-cycle compensation and equity processes
  • Accuracy and completeness of compensation, equity, and budget reporting and reconciliations
  • Market competitiveness and internal equity of pay recommendations, salary structures, and job architecture
  • Adoption and effectiveness of scalable compensation processes, tools, and manager communications

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
