What you'll do
- Monitor on time delivery of orders placed.
- Ensuring Monthly & Weekly sales Plan achieved.
- Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.
- Conduct Project Kick off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders
- Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.
- Monitoring and ensuring order status sent to all major customers periodically.
- Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are despatched to clients, dealers on time.
- Ensuring the Non-moving stock are diverted to possible customers.
- Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
- Monitoring submission of final technical documents
- Visiting Major customers periodically/ conduct meeting periodically for Seamless execution of all major orders.
- Prepare necessary MIS reports
