  • Lead a specialized team responsible for complex contracting cases, including multi-advisor arrangements, advisor transitions, MGA acquisitions, and onboarding activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Contracting staff through ongoing feedback, training, and development planning.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex contracting and transfer scenarios, providing guidance and solutions to internal teams, advisors, carriers, and partners.
  • Oversee the successful integration of acquired advisor practices and MGAs, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, compliance, and a seamless advisor experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for contracting, licensing, and advisor transfers, ensuring consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion automation and innovation initiatives within Contracting, by identifying opportunities, building business cases, and leading implementation and adoption efforts.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, acquisitions, system implementations, and operational transformation projects impacting contracting operations and advisor onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing insights and recommendations on contracting strategy, operational risk, industry developments, and emerging trends.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Manager, Contracting Solutions

The Manager, Contracting Solutions provides leadership and expertise for PPI's most complex contracting activities and strategic initiatives. Responsible for overseeing specialized contracting, advisor and MGA transitions, process optimization, and technology-enabled transformation, the role ensures contracting services remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business growth objectives. Through deep industry knowledge, operational leadership, and a focus on innovation, the incumbent drives continuous improvement, advances automation opportunities, and helps position the contracting function as a strategic enabler of advisor success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is for a new position. The expected salary range for this position starts at $75,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
