What you'll do

  • Lead the deployment, embedding and sustainment of the CORE operating system across all PWMS value streams and support functions.
  • Govern the CORE Council, set the cadence, standards and accountability that keep CORE live, visible and driving results at every tier.
  • Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: governs its scoring, reporting and progression, holding process owners accountable for closing gaps and delivering improvement projects.
  • Govern the maturity progression of data & digital as scored in the CMA, in partnership with the Data Analyst / digital team, who own the data-governance framework and its delivery. This role measures and drives maturity; it does not duplicate the governance activity.
  • Drive measurable improvement in efficiency, predictability and process control through the disciplined application of CORE tools and methods.
  • Own technology maturity as a key accountability, progress Key Process (Technology Enabled) and the site technology roadmap, moving PWMS toward connected, real-time and predictable operation.
  • Prioritize and sponsor technology and automation opportunities (robotics, machine connectivity, applied AI, predictive maintenance), partnering with engineering to deliver them against the roadmap.
  • Work alongside the Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) to advance automation and implement new technologies across the site.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team; drive change at pace across the organization, aligning stakeholders and removing blockers.
  • Build the business cases, funding and ROI tracking that turn CORE and technology priorities into approved, delivered results.

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement, including at least 3 years leading teams and driving change / transformation.
  • Knowledge of RTX CORE OS Framework and proficiency in CORE tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to govern a maturity assessment or audit framework scoring, reporting and holding others accountable to progression.
  • Proven ability to drive changes at pace and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Working understanding of manufacturing technology, automation, machine connectivity, MES/SCADA and data-enabled operations, sufficient to set direction and prioritize investment.
  • Experience delivering robust business-case for technology adoption, people-leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • CORE accreditation or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), with a strong track record of maturity or operating complex system deployment.
  • Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience (AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Experience deploying an enterprise operating system (CORE, ACE or equivalent) at site level.
  • Familiarity with RTX I4.0 / Smart Factory standards and digital-transformation programmes.
  • Experience sponsoring automation, robotics or predictive-maintenance initiatives.

What You Will Do
