  • Govern the global Chart of Accounts, driving simplification, standardization, and effective use across the organization.
  • Review and approve the creation and maintenance of general ledger accounts in partnership with Global Master Data teams, ensuring adherence to governance standards.
  • Drive compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, standards, and governance requirements across global finance operations.
  • Oversee adherence to the global account reconciliation policy through review of supporting documentation, identification of gaps, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Serve as a Corporate Accounting & Controlling subject matter expert, providing guidance to finance teams, process owners, project teams, and business stakeholders worldwide.
  • Support and shape finance transformation programs, process harmonization initiatives, S/4HANA implementations, and business integration projects.
  • Develop training, communication, and change management materials that enable successful adoption of new accounting processes, governance frameworks, and system enhancements.

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CIMA, or SAP FI/CO certifications are beneficial.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Accounting & Controlling team, driving accounting excellence while contributing to strategic finance transformation initiatives.
