Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced facilities professional to lead workplace and facilities operations for our Hyderabad office. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, managing key vendors, and enhancing the overall workplace experience.

The role requires a proactive professional who can handle critical stakeholders, introduce new initiatives, and establish robust facilities processes while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Description

Facilities & Workplace Operations

• Oversee end-to-end facilities operations including housekeeping, cafeteria services, office maintenance, and workplace support services.

• Ensure smooth functioning of workplace services while maintaining high service standards and employee experience.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related matters in the Hyderabad office.

Vendor & Service Management

• Manage facility vendors and service partners to ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs.

• Conduct periodic reviews with vendors to ensure service quality and drive continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimisation.

Stakeholder Management

• Handle critical internal stakeholders with professionalism and responsiveness.

• Build strong working relationships with leadership and business teams to ensure workplace needs are effectively addressed.

• Provide timely solutions to operational challenges through strong problem-solving skills.

Process Setup & Operational Excellence

• Establish and streamline facilities management processes to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

• Introduce new initiatives to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvements in workplace services and processes.

Real Estate & Projects

• Support real estate planning, space utilisation, and workplace optimisation initiatives.

• Coordinate office infrastructure projects, refurbishments, and workplace improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with project teams, vendors, and landlords to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, workplace policies, and health & safety standards.

• Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
