What you'll do

  • Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
  • Guide teams in integrating Power Platform solutions with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and Azure-hosted services.
  • Establish architectural patterns for front-end extensibility, API-based integrations, and secure and scalable deployments.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
  • Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front-end developers.
  • Provide technical coaching on modern JavaScript frameworks, Power Platform best practices, and blended low-code / pro-code solutions.
  • Support staffing, utilization, and skills development across your team.
  • Partner with Architects and team leads to ensure consistent delivery quality and technical alignment.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them understand when Power Platform is the right fit and blend Power Platform with custom front-end solutions where appropriate.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and early prototyping efforts.
  • Communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on modern front‑end technology stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.

This role sits at the intersection of low‑code acceleration and modern web engineering. You will be responsible for guiding teams that build scalable, user‑centric applications by combining Power Platform capabilities with contemporary front‑end frameworks, Azure services, and AI‑assisted development practices.

The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on technical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging:

Required Qualifications

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $103,500 - $190,100

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
