Ryan is investing in its UK Employment Tax capability.

Our wider business is growing at over 20% year on year and Employment Tax is a strategic priority. We are building a focused employment tax team to meet increasing client demand across compliance, advisory and cost recovery. To support this, we are looking for a commercial, innovative employment tax manager to join our team. Alongside delivery of client facing work, you will help shape our client propositions, work directly with senior leaders and play a visible role in growing the practice. This is an opportunity to join at a formative stage.

The employment tax manager leads delivery of UK employment tax services. The role blends technical depth with client leadership and team management, with a core focus on managing risk, identifying planning opportunities and delivering practical, commercially grounded advice. You will help shape market offerings, lead and take responsibility for client engagements and take ownership of key client relationships.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align with Ryan Key Results

People:

Computer Skills:
