Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and compliance-oriented Finance Manager to lead our corporate finance function. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial operations, managing corporate taxation (Direct & Indirect), driving the budgeting
cycle, and providing strategic financial inputs to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling Indian compliance frameworks, dealing with statutory auditors, and managing working capital effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Closure: Oversee end-to-end month-end and year-end books closure. Prepare accurate Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
  • Taxation & Statutory Compliances: Ensure strict compliance and timely filing for:
             o GST: Monthly returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C), reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs. Books), and Input Tax Credit (ITC) optimization.
             o Direct Tax: TDS/TCS calculations, quarterly returns, advance tax payments, and corporate tax filings.
             o MCA Compliances: Work with the Company Secretary for RoC (Registrar of Companies) filings and annual returns.

  • Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors. Ensure smooth audit closures with minimal queries.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital, manage corporate banking relationships, track banking limits (CC/OD limits, LCs, BG), and monitor daily cash flow.
  • FP&A (Budgeting & Variance Analysis): Drive the annual budgeting exercise. Prepare monthly MIS reports for the leadership team, highlighting budget vs. actual variances and operational KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications:
  • Primary Requirement: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAI OR a Full-time MBA in Finance or Postgraduate
  • Additional certifications like CS (Company Secretary), ICWA/CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.

Experience:
  • 6–7 years of post-qualification experience for CA in corporate finance or 12-15 years of work experience for Postgraduate qualification.
  • Strong background in handling Indian statutory compliance framework is non-negotiable.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, SAGE Intaact, SAP (FICO module), Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel: Financial modeling, scenario analysis,and complex data tracking.
  • Deep knowledge of the Indian Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Companies Act, 2013.
