Job Description

Introduction

As a Manager in Client Services, you will lead high-performing teams responsible for private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, and client service delivery. This role focuses on driving business growth, developing talent, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering accurate, timely, and compliant services while supporting complex client requirements and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

• You'll lead, coach, and develop Client Services teams, monitoring performance, managing workloads, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement to achieve quality, productivity, and timeliness targets.
• You'll oversee the review and delivery of complex private equity fund accounting activities, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, journal entries, and other client reporting requirements.
• You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, cluster counterparts, and internal stakeholders, managing escalations, resolving issues, facilitating performance discussions, and ensuring service levels and client expectations are met.
• You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, SSAE requirements, and risk management standards by reviewing deliverables, monitoring controls, approving compliance reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions when needed.
• You'll support operational and strategic projects by facilitating fund onboarding and system migrations to Investran/Paxus, managing workflow planning and resource allocation, serving as a subject matter expert, and acting as an alternate to the Head of Delivery when required.

Qualifications

About You

• You have a degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline, 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, and at least 4 years of people management or supervisory experience in a service delivery environment.
• You possess strong technical expertise in fund accounting, private equity operations, and the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, disclosures, and financial reports, with sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and multi-jurisdictional GAAP standards.
• You have proven experience managing client deliverables, leading teams, conducting performance reviews, and building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel functions (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and IF formulas), and accounting platforms such as Investran and/or Paxus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an additional foreign language.
• You demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and bring added value through qualifications such as CPA or ACCA, experience in multinational financial services or shared services environments, and a willingness to travel or undertake international secondment opportunities.
