Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

Our Investor Services team is an exciting and quickly growing team at Juniper Square that is responsible for tackling high priority workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services customers.

We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Investor Services professionals and own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of Fund Administration and Deal Services customers. You will be responsible for team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, while partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the Investor Services function.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investor Services Associates and Assistant Managers.

  • Own team-level performance metrics including SLA adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-priority customer issues and partner across internal teams to drive resolution.

  • Manage capacity planning, workload prioritization, and resource allocation across the team.

  • Champion process improvement, automation, and operational controls initiatives; surface product enhancement opportunities to leadership.

  • Develop and execute training plans for new and existing team members.

  • Build trusted, advisory-level relationships with customer leadership across the book of business.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align Investor Services priorities with broader company objectives.

  • Report on team health, performance trends, and service risks to senior leadership.

  • Proactively identify new service opportunities and translate them into operational proposals.

 

Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or a related financial services role.

  • 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Deep knowledge of investor services operations and the private markets landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to manage team performance and drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and align teams around shared goals.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational change at scale.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $95,000-120,000 USD and the Canadian base salary range for this role is $115,000-140,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
