Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy

As a Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy, you will shape the economics behind our global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 17 countries across 3 continents. You will shape how millions of customers experience our product, driving one of the company’s most impactful levers of growth: pricing and discounts. Challenges you’ll solve include:

• What is the right price positioning in each of our markets?
• How can we acquire customers more cost-efficiently?
• How can we design incentives that encourage customers to spend more with HelloFresh?
• How can we leverage AI tooling to arrive at pricing insights and solutions faster than ever before?

In this role, you will be part of the Global Price & Discount Strategy Team, shaping pricing and discount strategy across our full global portfolio which includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Factor, GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, and Youfoodz. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams such as Product, Marketing Analytics, and Paid Marketing — making this a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution.

You will...

• Shape market strategies: Monitor performance and competitor landscapes across our key markets, and translate insights into actionable price & discount strategies
• Run and scale experiments: Design, align, and execute A/B tests that validate new pricing and promotional approaches, and ensure learnings are rigorously captured
• Own key initiatives: Take end-to-end responsibility for selected projects — from framing the problem and aligning stakeholders, to delivering impact through execution and tracking results
• Build frameworks & playbooks: Develop best practices, toolkits, and scalable approaches that improve how we set prices and run promotions across all markets
• Modernize processes with AI: Collaborate with Pricing Analytics and Product to adapt AI use cases within our pricing and discount strategies

You have...

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a price/discount-related role, with a strong track record of solving complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM-related fields (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills, including advanced command of Excel (SQL is a plus) with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of strategic optimizations (including AB testing), with a proven track record from other data-rich business environments
• Proven experience working with diverse teams, including Product, Marketing, and Data Science, in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for exploring opportunities to leverage AI-based workflow tools to optimize internal processes and improve speed to insights
