The position involves owning the full lifecycle of interconnection including site diligence, queue strategy, application management, and agreement negotiation, while working closely with internal teams across development, M&A, and capital deployment, as well as external stakeholders such as utilities and ISOs. The role will also support the buildout of Prologis’s distributed battery portfolio across operating assets and ensure all projects remain in good standing and aligned with commercialization objectives. This individual will demonstrate willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

As Prologis continues to scale utility scale storage, on-prem power, distributed generation, and energy-enabled data center infrastructure, this role plays a central part in translating grid access into deployable, monetizable energy solutions.

  • Coordinate with commercial, development, and delivery teams to align interconnection timelines with permitting, construction readiness, and customer delivery requirements.
  • Partner with Legal and external counsel on negotiation and execution of interconnection agreements and amendments.
  • Provide clear communication to senior leadership on interconnection risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
