Job Description

HR Business Partner Manager — Central Operations  

Executive Summary 

Kraft Heinz is seeking a strategic, onsite HR Business Partner to support critical Central Operations client groups, driving talent, performance, culture, and transformation initiatives across the organization. 

About the Role 

At Kraft Heinz, we’re entering one of the most exciting transformation journeys in our history and you can be at the center of it all. This position sits within our People & Performance team, strategically supporting the business with its people, talent, and performance goals. 

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR business partner to lead initiatives in talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational efficiency, and driving a culture of ownership within the organization. You will also lead and support People projects and initiatives across the Central Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Business Partnering 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, identifying opportunities, closing capability gaps, and designing people solutions that drive operational excellence across plants and technical functions. 

Talent Strategies for Development & Growth 

  • Champion a strong talent agenda through performance and potential discussions, manager coaching, meaningful feedback, and development planning.

Smart Workforce Planning 

  • Assess organizational design regularly to ensure the right roles and capabilities are in place.

Organizational Development & Transformation 

  • Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and transformation efforts, including continuous improvement, technology, and standardization initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications (Required) 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting a client group (technical-focused client groups preferred) 

  • Experience partnering within a shared services HR model, collaborating with COEs across all levels in a matrixed organization 

  • Experience partnering with client groups on transformation and/or change initiatives

  • Experience influencing and aligning strategy around talent capability and behaviors 

  • Proven track record partnering at all levels to drive priorities and results 

  • Demonstrated success in a matrixed organizational environment 

Location 

  • Chicago/Aon Center (3 Days/week Onsite @ AON Center)

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
