What you'll do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, process simplification, and scalability.
  • Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal Workday solutions and best practices.

  • Support Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
  • Support Talent and HR leaders with workforce insights and reporting needs.
  • Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and decision making.

The Manager, HRIS (Talent & Core HCM) will serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Core HCM and Talent solutions. This role will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders. This role is responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable Workday solutions and ensuring seamless integration and alignment across current and future HR systems that enhance employee and manager experiences.
 

The ideal candidate combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong business acumen, stakeholder management, reporting capabilities and the ability to think beyond a single platform, enabling a connected, scalable, and future-ready HR tech landscape. Experience across additional Workday modules is highly desirable.

How you’ll make an impact:

Workday Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes.

  • Provide consultative guidance and influence decision-making through subject matter expertise.

  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Delivery Excellence

  • Lead functional workstreams for large HR technology projects and enhancements.

  • Manage priorities across multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.

What you'll need (Required):
