What you'll do
Docusign’s Mobile Team is looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead the team bringing our Intelligent Agreement Management platform to iOS/Android. Docusign is redefining how the world handles agreements, moving beyond e-signatures to a platform that makes agreements smarter, faster, and more connected across the entire agreement lifecycle. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering.
Responsibility
Lead, grow, and retain a team of iOS / Android engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product, Design, and backend platform engineering teams to define and execute the mobile roadmap, balancing enterprise customer needs with consumer-grade usability

Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
