Manager of Marketing Operations

• Manage the customer-facing website by maintaining accurate content, improving user experience, and ensuring reliable functionality to support customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and reinforce brand credibility.
• Optimize website conversion performance to increase qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen return on digital marketing investments.
• Track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify performance trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
• Develop customer insights and audience strategies to improve targeting, message relevance, and customer journey performance.
• Manage paid and organic social media to build brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support lead generation.
• Support optimization of the marketing P&L to align spending with growth priorities, revenue impact, and measurable return on investment.
• Partner with Sales to improve customer and prospect experiences, strengthen lead handoffs, and increase conversion opportunities.
• Partner with Technology to build engaging digital experiences that improve usability, support campaign execution, and enhance the customer journey.
• Partner with Creative to develop brand-aligned messaging and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage content strategy and execution to deliver relevant, consistent, and timely communications across digital channels.
• Manage the campaign calendar to coordinate priorities, improve visibility, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Mentor teammates strengthen marketing capabilities, improve execution consistency, and support professional growth.
• Support marketing reporting development and delivery to provide clear performance insights, leadership visibility, and actionable recommendations.
• Support brand building and customer experimentation to test new approaches, improve customer response, and identify growth opportunities.
