Location: Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Primary) | Provide Backup for San Francisco & San Jose HR/Administration

We're seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, logistics, or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.

· Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.

· Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements.

· Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.

· Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.

· Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.

What Success Looks Like

· New hires are fully prepared with access, equipment, and schedules on day one.

· Accurate employee records and badge management with no access gaps.

· Audit-ready documentation and compliant processes.
