What You’ll Do

• Strategies, Plan Quality Product Releases for SOTI
• Define Performance & Security Testing Measure for Product Release
• Drive Automation team to reduce regression and quicker releases.
• Work with Product Managers/ Development Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project's testing scope and manage the test execution for small to large sized projects.
• Work with closely with Development & QA team to find out Quality gaps and provide solution and approach to define high standard quality.
• Help team with Technical Trainings and enhance skills.
• Participate in all Agile Rituals like Sprint Planning/Grooming/Estimates/Demo.
• Provide Timely feedback, reports to leadership teams on Quality of the product.

Experience You’ll Bring

• 12 to 16 Years to experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environment.
• Should have 3 years of Minimum Experience as QA Manager.
• Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in Automation testing.
• Good to have if worked on Performance & Security testing for any product.
• Hands on programming (Java/ C#) is Must.
• Good to have exposure to AWS Cloud Deployments.
• Hands on Experience with API testing and its automation.
• Must have handled Functional & Automation teams, minimum team size 10-15 people.
• Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigm and hands-on working experience with commercial & open source.
• Overall must be a tech savvy person who has zeal to implement new technologies.
• Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
