JOB SUMMARY 

The Regional Operations Manager serves as a healthcare operations professional managing several medical clinics in a given market. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing the operational flow and processes of clinics and partnering with the regional medical director to ensure the quality of care provided to patients complies with standards and ensures patient satisfaction and retention. The Regional Operations Manager requires a solid understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across departments. 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

(Licensures AND Certifications) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or equivalent. 

  • 5 or more years of experience managing a market within a clinic or outpatient urgent care setting. 

  • 2 or more years of people management experience 

  • Strong understand of financials with specialty in patient engagement, growth, and retention. 

  • Must be enthusiastic about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer/patient experiences. 

 

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES 

(List professional knowledge, attitude, and skills required in order to work in the job) 

  • 5+ years of Managed Care/Outpatient Care experience 

  • Value Based Care Experience a plus 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The majority of work responsibilities are performed in an open office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer. Travel may be required.
