Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM), in partnership with Operations and Marketing, is responsible for aligning business objectives and sales requirements to support the sales growth and overall success of the business. The RSM will identify unique opportunities to drive revenue and traffic within their designated region (both events and walk-in), to achieve Event Sales budget goals by instituting sales strategies that drive national and multi-center business. Additionally, the RSM will build programs and cadences for outreach and follow-up to prospects, coach and develop their local sales team to effectively scale event business and provide local center planning support. This position will report directly to the Regional Director of Sales position.

The candidate for this role must be based in the Houston, Waco, Lubbock, or Beaumont markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

•Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

•Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

Budget Management:

•Develop and manage the regional sales budget.

•Ensure effective utilization of resources to optimize sales outcomes.

•Broad business and financial understanding i.e. can apply financial acumen to budgeting, forecasting, metrics, etc.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

•Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a coordinated approach to business objectives.

•Provide feedback to support the development of marketing strategies that align with regional sales goals.

Qualifications:
