What you'll do
- Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.
- In partnership with the physician leaders, takes leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program.
- Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.
- Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.

- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.

Job Summary
Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. - Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
- Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
