What you'll do

  • Lead reporting and insights across all social media activity (organic, earned, influencer, and paid) for the US and Canada; quantify what drives virality, and raise the odds of it happening.
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for the region, bringing analytical rigor and scalable social measurement. Partner closely with regional social, marketing, and agency leaders.
  • Direct the use of AI agents against social and marketing data to surface signal faster — orchestrating intelligent tools against good data, not manual reporting.

  • Serve as the go-to analytics partner across a broad and growing set of stakeholders — regional social and marketing leaders, creative, agencies, and senior leadership — managing competing priorities with clarity and poise.
  • Cut through the noise of vanity metrics and define clear, outcome-oriented KPIs — metrics that ladder up to what we're actually here to do: sell products, yes, but more specifically, delight the consumers who use them.

  • Conduct rapid analyses to establish benchmarks and evolve measurement approaches for the region.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Master's degree a plus
  • Comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows a plus
