Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and supply risk mitigation across OSAT, EMS, and semiconductor technology partners. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing supplier strategies that drive long-term supply assurance, cost competitiveness, technology enablement, and business growth across Qualcomm product portfolios.
