What you'll do
- As a Manager, you take full ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and the growth of your team; serving as the connective force between strategic thinking and measurable outcomes.
- Lead Projects End-to-End: Structure and manage medium-to-large transformation engagements across verticals, guiding teams through the critical path, addressing risks proactively, and being accountable for delivery quality and overall client satisfaction
- Act as a Trusted Client Advisor: Independently challenge and validate client issues at senior stakeholder level, drive complex stakeholder situations with confidence, and build the kind of relationships that make clients come back
- Develop and Coach Your Team: Build effective project teams, create a motivating and inclusive work environment, actively coach junior colleagues, and take real responsibility for their development curve
- Drive Business Development: Strengthen and expand your professional network, actively identify opportunities for Eidra to present its offerings, contribute to sales processes, and secure account continuity — business development is a core part of the Manager role at Eidra, not an afterthought
