About this role
Support Engineer Manager leading AI automation workstreams requiring expertise in workflow orchestration, API integrations, and ML model development. Manages end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects including requirement documentation, API integration across 13+ enterprise tools, workflow development with XML and TypeScript implementation, ML model integration with prompt engineering and Python-based data processing, technical design documentation (HLD creation), privacy .
Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI automation projects across intake (requirement documentation, feasibility assessment), tool integration (API analysis and implementation with TypeScript for simple through complex scenarios), design and development (HLD creation, data pre-processing with Python, ML model training with prompt engineering, workflow stitching with XML and TypeScript, code review and debugging, privacy/InfoSec reviews), quality monitoring (proactive alarm setup), UAT coordination (execution, issue resolution, sign-off), technical documentation (runbook creation), and warranty/maintenance (RCA ownership, ongoing resolution). Mentor technical teams requiring capabilities in workflow development, API integrations, and ML model optimization while managing resource allocation, timeline commitments, and stakeholder communication across portfolio of multiple use cases spanning 3-12 week delivery cycles.

- 3+ year professional experience using SQL to gather data and generate reports

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 3+ year professional experience using SQL to gather data and generate reports
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
