This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Tax Planning Manager on the International Tax Planning team, reporting to the Senior Director of Tax Planning, you will focus on supporting Hilton's commercial business goals through effective international tax planning.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Review the income tax impact of development deals.
  • Manage external consultants to validate the accuracy and completeness of tax planning projects.
  • Work with international colleagues on cross-border tax planning initiatives and strategic projects.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Provide tax-related guidance to the Company's Treasury, Development, Legal, Operations Finance, and Owner Relations teams.
  • Coordinate with the domestic and international tax reporting and compliance teams to ensure tax planning initiatives align with applicable regulations and are properly implemented.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) consecutive years of professional experience in tax
  • Three (3) years of experience performing detailed reviews
  • Experience using MS Excel
  • Travel up to 10%

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
