What you'll do
- Drive innovation and product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery against technical, consumer, and commercial objectives.
- Translate consumer and commercial needs into technically feasible and commercially viable product solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure launch readiness.
- Align technical development with intellectual property, regulatory, and supply chain requirements to reduce project risks.

- Drive project execution through stage-gate development processes from ideation to launch.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout project delivery.
- Build strong stakeholder alignment and ensure clear communication across global teams.

- MSc or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading complex cross-functional innovation or product development projects.
- Strong technical and scientific expertise in product, process, or technology development.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to translate consumer needs into technical solutions and product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience from FMCG, consumer goods, food, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries.
- Knowledge of intellectual property, regulatory requirements, and product commercialization processes.

Join our Innovation & Product Development team and play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of oral nicotine products. As Manager Technical Stream Oral, you will lead innovation and product development projects from concept development through commercialization, turning consumer insights and business requirements into scalable product solutions that support our smoke-free future.
