Job Description

Supports the design, development, and implementation of workforce solutions that enhance how Pilot attracts, develops, mobilizes, and retains talent. Partners with business leaders, HR, and external organizations to identify workforce needs and implement scalable talent initiatives, including talent pipelines, apprenticeship programs, internal career pathways, and workforce development programs. Contributes to workforce planning efforts by leveraging data, market insights, and partnerships to strengthen workforce capability and support business objectives. Manages workforce programs and initiatives, monitors effectiveness, and recommends improvements that drive talent outcomes and operational success.

In this role you will:
