Australian Venue Co. is looking for experienced hospitality managers to join our growing portfolio across Brisbane.

We have opportunities for Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across a diverse range of pubs, bars and entertainment venues, including flagship locations such as Regatta Hotel, Port Office Hotel, The Wickham and Babylon Brisbane.

Venue Managers

• Competitive salary package

• Annual KPI-based bonus opportunity of up to $44,000

What we’re looking for

• Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue

• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable

• The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs

• A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences

• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role
