The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. The role drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery performance, and waste reduction while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams, the Manufacturing Engineer supports operational excellence through process optimization, problem-solving, and the successful introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing.

This position is part of the Technical department located in Medemblik and will be an on-site position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

Who you are:
