About this role
We are looking for talented Manufacturing Operator DOT (Test) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Test department at Cummins in Daventry, UK.
This role is a temporary contract for up to 24 months with the potential to become permanent dependent based on performance and business needs.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Weekly rotational shift pattern
- Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm; Friday, 3:00pm – 10:30pm
The job involves preparation of production engines for test ranging from 38 to 78 ltr. Prepare engines ready for trim when test is complete.

Ensure quality standards meet the requirements of the business

Follow stage process documentation

Report on supervision of any problems within the work stage

Liaise with supervision on all aspects affecting the smooth running of the operation

To be flexible within DOT as appropriate, dependent on volume and priority

Complete all daily checks
